Lewis takes flight across the Rockies
According to the Denver Business Journal, RTL Networks grew by more than 260 percent from 2007 to 2009, reaching over 50 employees. Lewis started the company in 2002.

Serving this year as chairman of the Colorado Black Chamber of Commerce, he is among the 50 Most Important African-Americans in Technology. Innovation & Equity 2013: Keeping America First in Technology: Public Innovation & Supplier Diversity is the theme on Jan. 15 in Washington, D.C.
Lewis is a graduate of the U. S. Air Force Academy and William and Mary’s MBA program. Additionally, he has a masters degree in computer systems security and 20 years of military and corporate leadership experience. Lewis received his honorable discharge from the U. S. Air Force at the rank of captain after serving his country in Operation Southern Watch and various international assignments. Lewis was awarded several military commendations including:
- Air Force Outstanding Unit and Air Force Organizational Excellence Awards
- Joint Service Achievement Medal
- Twice awarded Air Force Commendation Medal
- Elected by peers to teach and enforce Air Force Academy honor code
Lewis, a former All-State high school football player, track and field high school
All-American and College Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Champion, is now a vigilant advocate of health, fitness and community, providing his time, energy, and leadership as:
